Ning Jizhe, deputy director of China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) said on Tuesday that China has made solid progress in attracting foreign investment and has provided good opportunities to foreign firms. He made these comments during a press conference on the sidelines of the ongoing annual session of the National People's Congress, China's top legislature.
