Colombia rebounded from a 2-1 loss to S. Korea by defeating China 4-0 in a friendly on Tuesday.
Colombia was without James Rodriguez and coach Jose Pekerman made wholesale changes to the team after their defeat at the hands of S. Korea. Felipe Pardo started and the Olympiacos winger scored after five minutes, drilling past Yan Junling after finding himself unmarked in the box.
Compared to the match against Serbia, China coach Marcello Lippi opted for a 4-3-3 formation and rested several players.
But they were struggling for goals. Their best chance arrived in the 56th minute when winger Wu Lei took advantage of lax Colombian defending to nip in and bear down on goal, but goalkeeper Jose Cuadrado denied him.

The visitors added a third on 66 minutes as Bacca tipped an assist for substitute Borja to smash it into the top corner.
Borja was on target again in stoppage time as Wilmar Barrios sent Aviles Hurtado clear who squared to Borja for 4-0.
