This video, which was captured in Xiaogan, Hubei Province, shows the three-year-old girl hanging in the air by her head which is stuck between security bars outside the window of a fourth floor apartment. A resident named Chen Fangyong climbed up the window on the third floor and firmly held the girl for half an hour while waiting for help. Eventually, rescuers rushed to the site and successfully rescued the girl.
