Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said on Monday that China will strengthen protection of intellectual property, and enforce a punitive compensation system for intellectual property rights infringements. Li made the comments when delivering a government work report at the opening meeting of the first session of the 13th National People's Congress at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
