The 12th NPC and its Standing Committee have enacted 25 laws, revised 127 laws and passed 46 decisions on legal questions and other major issues; issued nine legal interpretations, and also ratified a total of 43 treaties and agreements with foreign countries and concerning international conventions China had concluded, according to the report delivered at the ongoing NPC session on Sunday by Zhang Dejiang, chairman of the NPC Standing Committee.
