London Underground blast: Police arrest second suspect

A 21-year-old man has been arrested by detectives from the UK's Counter Terrorism Command, currently investigating Friday's attack on the London Underground at Parsons Green, Metropolitan Police said in a statement on Sunday.
The man was arrested in the west London district of Hounslow on Saturday under section 41 of the Terrorism Act, police said.
At least 29 people were injured after a bomb was detonated on a London Underground train during morning rush hour on Friday in what police are treating as a "terrorist incident".
