Assistant chairman of China Banking Regulatory Commission expelled from CPC

Yang Jiacai, assistant to the chairman of the China Banking Regulatory Commission has been expelled from the Communist Party of China (CPC) and removed from public office for severe disciplinary violations, according to the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI).
The case has been transferred to the judiciary, CCDI said.
