We start with breaking news from Germany, where police have arrested the former Catalonian leader Carles Puigdemont.
German authorities say they arrested Puigdemont based a European warrant as he crossed the border from Denmark. Puigdemont foiled attempts by Finnish police to arrest him on Friday. His lawyer said he was heading to Belgium, where he has taken refuge from criminal charges for spearheading Catalonia's independence movement.
