With the time set for the dismantlement, South Korean President Moon Jae-in will be making a visit to the White House later this month ahead of Donald Trump's summit with Kim Jong Un. It's going to be the third time Trump and Moon have met. CGTN's Jack Barton has more from Seoul.
JACK BARTON SEOUL "To make sure primarily that the US and South Korea remain on the same pages. And Seoul and Washington really have the same position, it's gonna be very important to get a positive outcome, not just in Singapore, but in all the talks that go beyond that."
