Members should actively promote the construction of new international relations based on mutual respect, fairness and justice and win-win cooperation, and build a community with a shared future.

Secondly, we should focus on deepening pragmatic cooperation. Member States should seize the next 5-10 years as a development period, further building the cooperative foundation of the SCO, innovating the cooperative mode and expanding areas of cooperation. The third focus is to promote the improvement of global governance.
