South Korean President Moon Jae-in says the United States has shown willingness to talk with the DPRK. Moon made the remarks during a summit with the Latvian president. He said the US is also positively seeking inter-Korean talks. US Vice President Mike Pence said earlier this week that Washington and Seoul have agreed to communicate with Pyongyang. But the US would continue put as much pressure as possible on the DPRK over its nuclear program.
