Timetable: The First Session of the 13th CPPCC National Committee

Wang Guoqing, spokesman for the First Session of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), announced the agenda of the First Session for the 13th CPPCC National Committee on Saturday.
The session arranges two conference speeches, 13 panel discussions, a syndicated groups meeting and three press conferences. For the first time this year, three "members' corridor" interviews will also be launched.
March 5
CPPCC members attend the opening of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) to listen to the government work report and explanations of the draft amendments to the Constitution of the People's Republic of China.

The session holds group meetings to discuss the government work and budget reports.
March 7
The session holds group meetings to discuss the draft amendments to China's Constitution.
March 8
The session holds the second plenary meeting of the First Session of the 13th CPPCC National Committee, and holds group meetings to deliberate the draft amendments to the CPPCC Charter.
March 9
Members attend the second plenary meeting of the First Session of the 13th NPC and listens to listen to the Supreme People's Court work report and the Supreme People's Procuratorate work report.
March 10
The session holds the third plenary meeting of the 13th CPPCC National Committee.
March 12
The presidium deliberates and adopts the proposed candidate list of the chairman, vice chairmen, secretary general and the Standing Committee of the 13th CPPCC National Committee.
March 13
The session holds group meetings to discuss the draft of the National Supervision Law and plan for the reform of State Council institutions.
March 14
The second meeting of the presidium's executive chairpersons and the third meeting of the presidium approve the candidate list of the chairman, vice chairmen, secretary general and the Standing Committee of the 13th CPPCC National Committee.
The session also adopts the resolution of the first meeting of the 13th National Committee of the CPPCC National Committee on the report of the work of the Standing Committee (draft) and the resolution of the First Session of the 13th CPPCC National Committee on the CPPCC Charter amendments (draft).
The session holds the fourth plenary session of the First Session of the 13th CPPCC National Committee and elects the chairman, vice chairmen, secretary general, and the Standing Committee of the 13th National Committee of the CPPCC.
March 15
The First Session of the 13th National Committee of the CPPCC closes.
The resolution on the report of the work of the Standing Committee and the resolution on the CPPCC Charter amendments adopted.
