2018 London Book Fair: 'Xi Jinping: Governance of China Vol. 2' released in 9 languages

At the 2018 London Book Fair held in Olympia, London, the second volume of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China was released by China's State Council Information Office and China International Publishing Group. The book, released in several languages contains speeches, messages, and photographs by President Xi during 2014 to 2017. Xi Jia has this report.
Some say this is the contemporary version of the Communist Manifesto born 170 years ago, is leading the way of one of the world's fastest growing countries of the world. On Wednesday, the second volume of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China was unveiled in nine languages and drew a crowd of 300 from 14 countries including political, business, academic, and top publishing leaders. The book offers readers around the world valuable insights into the thoughts of the Chinese leader, China's development and ideologies underpinning the country's international engagement.
The London Book Fair is the flagship event of the publishing industry. Many publishers here expect the book to reach a high sales volume.
The book contains a collection of 99 of Xi Jinping's speeches, conversations, instructions and letters from 2014 to 2017. The book also highlights how Chinese wisdom and solutions contributed to building a sharing community for mankind.

After the launch ceremony, a seminar was held entitled, "China in the New Era". Some attendees shared their insights on Xi Jinping: Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristic for a New Era, a concept Xi highlighted during the 19th CPC National Congress last year.
