The eyewitness who discovered former Russian spy Sergei Skripal critically ill in England, has given a graphic description of his state. Skripal and a 33-year-old woman were found unconscious on a bench in a shopping centre, in the city of Salisbury on Sunday.
Both remain critically ill and are in intensive care. Skripal, once a colonel in Russia's GRU military intelligence service, was convicted for treason in 2006. He was then exchanged as part of a Cold War-style spy swap in 2010, on the tarmac of Vienna Airport.7.
