An explosion has set off a massive fireball in an eight-story apartment building on the northern edge of Paris. Some 80 firefighters have extinguished the blaze. Authorities say there are no known casualties. The neighborhood in the 19th district is home to a large Asian community of mostly Chinese and Vietnamese.
