The opening ceremony of the 2018 Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) will kick off at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Monday.
Chinese President Xi Jinping is expected to make a keynote speech.
The theme of the two-day summit is "China and Africa: Toward an even stronger community with a shared future through win-win cooperation."
