Chinese spikers crush Argentina in women’s volleyball

Zhu Ting spearheaded China’s attack with a game-high 16 points to help her side thrash Argentina 3-0 at the 2018 FIVB Women's Volleyball Nations League in Hong Kong on Tuesday.
The 23-year-old wing spiker managed to bring out 11 kills, four blocks and one ace while Liu Xiaotong contributed with 9 points as the world's top-ranked team clinched their 25-22, 25-16 and 25-12 victory.
For the Argentines, Anahi Florencia Tosi bagged a team-high of 10 points after they came into the match having never beaten China. Her teammate Florencia Natasha Busquets Reyes notched up 6 points.

Earlier on the day, Japan defeated Italy 3-2 by 20-25, 25-23, 20-25, 25-23 and 15-11.
China will face Japan on Wednesday, while Argentina are to take on Italy.
The Volleyball Nations League is a new idea from the FIVB, the sport's international governing body. The annual women's international volleyball tournament is contested by 16 national teams and replaces the World Grand Prix.
