An amateur video shows a man scaling one of the tallest buildings in the Polish capital of Warsaw on Sunday. The man, identified as urban climber Marcin Banot, climbed the 170-meter tall Marriott Hotel building without ropes. According to reports, the man has been arrested and fined for causing public disorder.
