In this episode, let's travel through time and visit an ancient city site in northwest China. Dafangpan City is 90 kilometers west of Dunhuang City in the Gobi Desert in Gansu Province. The city was shaped in a rectangular prism, 132 meters long, 17 meters wide and 6.7 meters high. According to the historical record, the city was built in the Han Dynasty (202BC-220AD) as a storage warehouse.
