At least 11 civilians have been killed by a roadside bomb in Afghanistan's eastern Nangarhar province on Sunday, the second day of parliamentary elections, according to Afghan officials.
Over 130 Afghans were killed or wounded in poll-related violence on the first day of Afghan parliamentary elections, an official said.
The attacks on civilians plunged the Afghan parliamentary elections into chaos and voting in Afghanistan's Kandahar and Ghazni provinces have been postponed for security reasons.
A total of 192 security incidents occurred throughout Afghanistan during the parliamentary elections.
