A pregnant woman lost her unborn child after she was ejected onto the road during a car accident in Lishui City, east China's Zhejiang Province on Wednesday. The woman did not fasten her seat belt when the car smashed into the side of a tunnel. The driver, her fiancé, comforted her by singing a song he had prepared for their wedding as she was rushed to hospital in an ambulance.
