The Chinese Commerce Ministry said Thursday that Beijing and Moscow have signed a memorandum to step up trade between their two countries. The memorandum sets an ambitious goal of increasing bilateral trade to 200 billion dollars a year. That's after the total trade volume between China and Russia first surpassed 100 billion dollars in 2018.
