Chief Executive of China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Carrie Lam delivered on Wednesday her second policy address since she was sworn in last July. She covered a wide array of economic and social issues, but focused specifically on land usage and housing. Lam rolled out 240 new initiatives in her 2018 Policy Agenda; among them measures targeting land supply and housing.
