China will strengthen Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) protection and further innovate work mechanisms and models, said the head of the State Intellectual Property Office Shen Changyu Tuesday during a "passage interview" for ministers after the third plenary meeting of the second session of the 13th National People's Congress, China's national legislature.
