China will strengthen Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) protection and further innovate work mechanisms and models, said the head of the State Intellectual Property Office Shen Changyu Tuesday during a "passage interview" for ministers after the third plenary meeting of the second session of the 13th National People's Congress, China's national legislature. Shen made the remarks when asked by CGTN reporter Tang Bo what pragmatic measures are being taken to protect IPR.
