The main structures of the 2.1-kilometer-long Nanxi Yangtze River Bridge were successfully connected after three years of construction in Yibin City, southwest China's Sichuan Province, on November 27. The bridge will open to traffic in 2019, when the bridge will link up some fast tracks and provincial highways.
