Islamic State's militants have claimed responsibility for the two deadly attacks, that hit northeastern Spain on Thursday.
Meanwhile, the country has announced that it will maintain a level 4 security alert, one degree below the maximum level which indicates an attack is imminent. Spanish Interior Minister Juan Ignacio Zoido says the government believes the terror cell behind the attacks has been fully dismantled. He says the cell had at least 12 young men, many of them Moroccan.
