At least 13 people were injured in a suspected bomb attack in the French city of Lyon on Friday. French investigators believe the blast in a pedestrian street was caused by a package packed with shrapnel. The police are looking for a suspected suitcase-bomber who was caught on security cameras just before the explosion.
