Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke at the large-scale meeting of the SCO summit Sunday morning in east China’s coastal city of Qingdao. He said that combating terrorism remains the SCO's priority and significant results have been achieved in Syria. He also welcomed the forthcoming Trump-Kim summit in Singapore.
