Twelve goats were spotted perched in an argan tree in the Moroccan countryside near the city of Essaouira.
It is a common scene in the countryside since there are plenty of argan trees along the road.
The prickly argan tree is endemic to southwest Morocco. It produces small yellowish flowers and fairly small fruits. The oil within the seeds of the fruit is very valuable. While the goats are attracted by the fruit, they cannot digest the seeds, therefore people sometimes will collect the seeds from the goats' waste and then extract the oil from them.
