After climbing a cliff on the way to and back from  school for 31 years, students from an isolated village in SW China's Guizhou Province now have an easier, shorter commute following its relocation on May 5. /Xinhua Photo

The Hachong group of the Miao ethnic Wafang Village consists of 68 people from 16 families. The local government built a school in 1987 so that the children could receive an education. /Xinhua Photo
