China is hosting a key nuclear weapons meeting in Beijing. Attending the conference are delegations from five major nuclear nations: China, Russia, France, the UK, and the U.S. During the talks, the U.S. representative called for more transparency as it accused Russia and China of not fully reporting their nuclear programs. Mr. Wang Chong, deputy secretary general of the Chahar Institute, holds that Washington's arguments do not hold water.
