One rescued from sunken boat off NE China, 10 still missing

One person was successfully rescued on Tuesday from a sand carrier that capsized on Sunday off the coast of Huludao City in northeast China's Liaoning Province.
Eleven people were aboard the vessel when it overturned in strong winds.
The rescued sailor is said to be in stable condition, and the other ten people remain missing.
The capsized boat was reportedly operating illegally and without required permits before the capsize.
An investigation into the incident has been initiated, and a search and rescue operation is still underway.
