A taxi driver found a young woman intending to commit suicide by jumping off a bridge in Leshan City, southwest China's Sichuan Province, on August 22. He wanted to drive her home but she refused and said she wanted to die. The taxi driver then got out of the car, persuaded her to get into the vehicle and then drove her to a nearby police station.
