Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Wednesday that Moscow was alarmed by U.S. talk of some kind of possible U.S. military option for Venezuela. Lavrov also said Moscow and Tokyo are still "far from being partners" despite renewed efforts to resolve a decades-old conflict over disputed islands. During his speech, Lavrov talks about Moscow's relationships with other countries, including the U.S., Syria, Turkey, and Japan. CGTN correspondent Dan Ashby gives more details about Sergei Lavrov's speech.
