Chinese publishers took part in the 35th International Book Fair of Tunis which started on Friday, bringing books translated into French or Arabic to enable Tunisians to learn more about modern China.

The books cover fields including China's development path, Chinese policies, social science, finance, science and technology, the Chinese language, and picture books for children.

The Chinese publishers will carry out copyright trade negotiations with Tunisian local publishers, to deepen bilateral cooperation and communications.
As one of the largest and oldest book fairs in North Africa, the event will run for 10 days.
