Hundreds of users demanding a refund of their deposit have lined up outside the headquarters of ofo in Zhongguancun on December 17. Ofo is one of the biggest bike-sharing firms in China. Many ofo users recently complained that they had difficulty in getting a refund for their deposit. They arrived at the headquarters to request that their deposit be refunded. However, people did not receive the deposit directly at the site. They were promised they would get the money back online in three working days.
