China econ survey: How economists see central bank's move?

We are moving to detail results in monetary affairs. Forty-eight percent of the economists we surveyed think the yuan would rise against the dollar in 2019, while 43.5 percent anticipate a rising dollar.

Meanwhile, more than half of the participants believe that Japan, the European Union and Australia would keep their key interest rates unchanged. A small group of them think these central banks would raise the rates.

The views of U.S. Federal Reserve are different from the rest, more than 60 percent of those surveyed said that the U.S. would likely raise rates this year. And 95 percent of people who believed there would be "interest hikes" expect two or fewer increases.
