Northeast China's Liaodong Bay has entered the sea ice stage due to continuously dropping temperatures in the northern Bohai Sea and Yellow Sea area. The water temperature dropped to 2 degrees Celsius within just 24 hours on Monday. The area of sea ice has expanded to 1,316 square kilometers.
