In Germany, this 17-day-old polar bear cub is only the size of a guinea pig, spending its days sleeping and feeding from its mother, Tonja, at the Berlin Zoo. For the zoo, the birth of the cub, who has not yet been named, is a happy occasion as its famous polar bear Knut died in 2011.
