In the Italian Serie A, a late winner from Federico Santander gave Bologna a 3-2 win over second-placed Napoli at home, as they wrapped up the season in mid-table on Saturday.
Three minutes before half-time, Santander headed in Rodrigo Palacio's cross to give the hosts the lead. Just two minutes later, Blerim Dzemali went unchallenged to make it two against his former club.
The visitors got one back nine minutes after the break when Faozi Ghoulam raced clear to score his second goal for the club in the space of five years.
With 14 minutes left, a nicely worked move resulted in Dries Mertens slotting in the equalizer. But 10 minutes later, Santander scored what proved to be the winner by diverting in Mattias Svanberg's cross.
The win didn't have any impact on the league table much. Napoli finished second, and Bologna ended at 10th.
Today's final day action will see Atalanta hosting Sassuolo knowing a win will see them reach the Champions League for the first time. Their destiny is in their own hands, but boss Gian Piero Gasperini sounded a bit nervous.
"A win for us would be an exhilarating way to seal our season, and we need to get that, which is all in our hands. We don't need to check what is happening in the other games. We could even finish third if we win, but it's almost impossible to finish fourth. Either we finish third or fifth," the Atalanta coach said.
