China's manned submersible Shenhai Yongshi, or Deep Sea Warrior, returned to its mother vessel Tansuo-1 with a giant red coral after a recent dive in the Indian Ocean. The coral is about 1.5 meters long and grows at a depth of over 1,700 meters. Scientists found it accidentally when searching for other research samples.
