Sierra Leone's Foreign Minister Alie Kabba traveled to China for his first visit abroad this year. Kabba is also the first foreign minister received by China in the New Year. State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi met with him at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing on Friday. Both sides said they viewed each other as the priority for diplomacy.
