On the edge of the Third Pole, a retreating glacier is drawing hundreds of tourists and concerns over global warming. The glacier has lost 60 percent of its mass and shrunk 250 meters since 1982. The Third Pole is the world's largest store of ice after Antarctica and Greenland. Asia’s 10 largest rivers, including the Yangtze, Yellow, Mekong, and Ganges, are fed by seasonal melting.
