Child marriages on the rise since war in Iraq

Since the war in Iraq, the number of child marriages have been on the rise, due to displacement and deteriorating economic conditions. Early marriage is taking place in refugee camps through the Nineveh governorate, including Hamam al Alil, Nimrud and Salamiyah.
