There is no "vacuum" in Afghanistan that needs to be filled because that land belongs to the people of Afghanistan, Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi said Friday, adding that the Middle Eastern country should not be the arena for power rivalries. Wang made the remarks at a press conference in Beijing on the sidelines of the second session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC).
