China will continue its efforts in fighting the "three tough battles" of critical risks, poverty and pollution, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said on Tuesday. Li said this in an annual government work report to lawmakers during the opening meeting of the second session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC), China’s national legislature, which will be held in Beijing from March 5 to 15.
