People born in the 1980s have become leaders of our era and Chinese interior designer Cui Shu is one of them.
Cui Shu, the founder of CUN Design, has won numerous titles in China, including Winner of Design Star in China 2015, Cover Figures of INTERIOR DESIGN 2016, Tutor of Design Star in China 2016 and Senior Member of China Building Decoration Association.
In January this year, Cui Shu was awarded "Hurun's Most Popular Chinese Designer," coming out ahead of 19 other nominated designers.
As a designer who was born in the 80's, Cui symbolizes the generation's rebellion, individualism, meticulousness and rigor. He closely connects with the most fashionable elements of the moment.
CUN Design’s latest project is set in the heart of the fashion design area 751 D-park in Beijing, a landmark in the locomotive square.

The ten tin cans which were originally desulfurization towers have eyed the development process of the 751 industrial civilization – the appearance of the rust still retains the vicissitudes of the industrial era.
But this unique field has become an important region to showcase and launch brands from different countries, as well as a core area in the Beijing Design Week (BJDW). The functions of this area range from exhibitions, forum releases and cultural exchanges to spatial aesthetics.
"Do not hesitate to live up to your heart, and keep on searching for your own path" is his belief. He stands for young Asian designers and speaks out to the world constantly.
