At least three people were killed and dozens of others wounded after an explosion rocked Lashkar Gah, capital of Afghanistan's southern province of Helmand, during Farmer's Day celebrations on Saturday, TOLOnews reported.
Most of the injured are security and local officials, the reports said.
The nature of the blast remains unknown.
No group has as yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
