China-South Korea Relations: Key milestones of 25 years of bilateral ties
[]
Let's take a look at how China's relationship with South Korea has developed in the past 25 years. The value of trade between the two nations surged to over 210-billion US dollars in 2016, dwarfing the amount of goods sold by the two countries to each other in 1992.

China is now South Korea's largest market for exports, accounting for about a fifth of the nation's total. In 2015, the two countries enforced a free trade agreement intended to phase out tariffs on more than 90 percent of products over a 20-year span. About 11-hundred flights go between the two countries every week.
