Chinese President Xi Jinping has stressed advancing capacity-building for China's military, the People's Liberation Army (PLA). Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks during his inspection of the Southern Theater Command of the PLA on Thursday.
